I think I'll be able to make it, but I think I'll need a ride back to my house and possibly a ride there. I sure do like being a burden!
Yeah, I can make it, but I don't have a ride. If we pick someone up and take them to Quig's, will they take me back to my house?

Bad news: it's not looking like I can make it after all. I've just been informed of a track meet that I have to help out with Saturday afternoon. I don't know when it starts or ends, so things might change by Thursday.
Yeah, I definitely can't make it on Saturday. Sunday might work, I'd be willing to host (I think).
Can't do it Sunday. Call it off?
